Early Life and Education
Chief Fidelis Abara is a distinguished business executive and community advocate. He is also an emerging political figure committed to human development. He was born on September 4, 1967, in Umuene Obiangwu, Ngor Okpala Local Government Area. His formative years were spent in a modest family setting. He began his education at Community Primary School, Obiangwu. He then attended Emmanuel College, Owerri, for his secondary studies. Driven by ambition, he secured admission to Perth Aeronautics in Scotland for pilot training. Financial constraints prevented him from taking up the opportunity. Undeterred, he pursued further studies in Europe. He attended La Sorbonne University, Paris 8, where he broadened his professional horizons. He is currently completing a degree in Construction Management at Bath Spa University, United Kingdom. This strengthens his expertise in infrastructure and development.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of several successful companies. These include PSS Aeromarine Services SARL, PSS Logistics Services Ltd, Priority Shipping Services SARL, and Land and Sea Food UK Plus Ltd. His operations extend across Europe and Nigeria.
