Abara Declares Interest for Owerri Parliamentary Seat

Chief Fidelis Uchechukwu Abara, Coordinator of the NDC-DN Scotland and United Kingdom, has officially declared his intention to contest for parliamentary office in Owerri Zone ahead of 2027. In an interview with National Newsbreak, Chief Abara called on citizens to register with NDC and join the movement for change. He outlined his vision for infrastructure, youth empowerment, and economic development in the zone.

Chief Abara emphasised that Owerri Zone has long been underrepresented and that the time has come for credible, people-centered leadership. He called on residents to actively participate in the ongoing NDC membership registration exercise across Imo State.
